Utility Assets - Ladders, Machines, Propane Tanks etc.

Hello everyone.

This is KavaSoft with yet another pack, featuring a huge amount of tools and household items. 

In this pack, we deliver a big number of objects that can be used to decorate and populate your construction sites, warehouses, residential buildings etc. 

We have included bottle cases, buckets, cardboard boxes (damaged and intact), grease cans, cable drums, drills, ironing boards, janitor carts, jigsaws, ladders, oil canisters and

many, many other objects that all come with LODS (3) and collisions (auto-generated). 

Low-poly and with regard to VR- and mobile compatibility, we tried to keep drawcalls as low as possible to enable devs who are not aiming for highend hardware to realize their projects.
